Needelman, Harr Court Appearances Postponed

VIERA, Florida – Court appearances for former Clerk of the Courts Mitch Needelman and BlueWare CEO Rose Harr, initially scheduled for Monday January 6, have been postponed, according to Tyler Winik of the clerk’s office.

In an email to Brevard Times, Winik said, “Court Administration confirmed the Judge (Marlene Alva) has jury selection.”
Alva, a judge from Seminole County, was assigned to the case in December 2013 following the disqualification of 18th Circuit Brevard judges by Judge David Dugan.

Needleman, Harr, and associate Matthew DuPree are on trial for various bribery-related charges stemming from a disputed scanning contract that Needleman signed during his tenure as clerk with BlueWare, Inc., Harr’s company, in 2012.

  1. Doesn't matter how long these criminals try and delay the trial...they are toast!

  2. Have you gone to the Blueware web site lately - www.blueware.us This woman is delusional. They claim to have 4 different products - they have none. They talk about their solution being installed in over 200 hospitals when in actuality it is 3 and they are trying to get the solution uninstalled but Bluewhatever is holding them hostage demanding over $50,000 to remove it and convert it to another format and they claim to have 50 employees and there are 4. It is amazing the stories you can make up on the web - the problem is I really thinks she believes them.

  3. Talk about strange sites - I was at the yacht club two days ago and I saw Rose, Matt and Jennifer having a meal. They were all smiling and acting like they have nothing to worry about. The money must all be hidden away overseas - only problem is HP is not going to stop until they get retribution and the only one who can get to the loot is Rose - did you think about that Matt and Jennifer????

  4. I worked at Blueware for a short time and I for one cannot wait for this whole mess to be over. I had to deal with Rosie's multiple personality disorder - don't give Roes bad news or she will be upset - we don't want to upset Rose - Rose will get sick. Matt and his holier than anyone else attitude and the party store owner VP of nothing Debbie who knew nothing, loved to yell at everyone and never really accomplished anything except spend as much of Rosie's money as she could. 2014 and will be the year of finally getting this done once and for all. David did you ever get the buttons right on your shirts? Please remember the night R, J and D you were toasting the contract finally got signed - I wonder what you will be toasting after the court case is done?

Did you do any research on this company when you went to work there? Sounds like you hired on in Melbourne at a time we were all posting of the lies this company was making. Just wondering how she (Harr) got people to believe she was offerring solid long-term employment.

  6. My employment was in 2012 and the company just opened operations in Melbourne. They had a big party and grand opening with all the local officials when I started. Even though during my interview Rose would not reveal a lot of answers, the parade of officials that were at the party - including state and local officials - one would assume the company was completely vetted. I became suspicious after 1 week when there was no real product. A lot of smoke and mirrors but nothing I could touch. Harr is a master of only giving little pieces of information, disappearing when they could not make payroll, and calling everyone a liar. She is the wizard of deception.

  7. I just love that our wonderful Rose Harr promotes on her website that Blueware made the INC 5000 list in 2012 and 2103: "BlueWare has received numerous industry awards for technology and business innovation including: 2013 and 2012 INC 5000."

Perhaps there should be an asterisk noting that much of the company's income was obtained fraudulently and that she is being charged with multiple felonies related to her business practices.

  8. Funny - I just went to that report and on there she indicates she made $3.5 million in 2012 - where is the money? How come you could not pay your employees? I wonder what she will claim she made in 2013 when she gets on the list for 2014 - delusional, egocentric crook. Forget all your Tony Robbins preaching and quotes and start being honest for once.

  9. Stupid question time - if Blueware is the leader in healthcare technology that they have been telling us for so many years and one of the reasons they were lured to Florida - now here comes the stupid question - how come they are not a vendor at HIMSS this year in Orlando in February? For those who do not know - HIMSS is the largest healthcare show in the world and will be attended by 50,000 people and almost 10,000 vendors. I am just saying if you are the leader should you not be were everyone else is going to be??? Makes you wonder.
